My working life has focused upon two key professions – Education and Hospitality Management (with Events Coordination).
For the past year I have been working on an interactive website projects (EducationYalla/Eamali) which looks at supporting young adults with personal development and career advice. The focus is on creating and promoting great resources about topics such as C21st success skills, competencies in financial literacy and building a great personal portfolio. Developing ‘real-world’ relevance and collaborations. This has led to many opportunities and interesting connections which have additionally enhanced my own personal learning. This includes accreditation as a UN:CCLearn Climate Change Teacher, Advanced Certification Design Thinking – IDEO University, Events Management Certification, Life Coaching Certification and CBT Certification.

Due to the complexities of my previous and current working roles, I have developed an extensive range of personal skills which promote and support a variety of job requirements:
I have an all-round love of sports, specifically sports which challenge me physically and mentally such as triathlons and scuba diving. As you will note from my resume l have a wide variety of interests not restricted to but inclusive of sports, (water-sports and sailing), music and art & design. With a passion for the challenging myself, I was fortunate to represent Australia (2009-10) and Londonderry (2011-12) during the Clipper Round the World, amateur team ocean race(s). Having raced over 15,000 nautical miles, covering half the planet, my life has been open to many wonderful experiences and opportunities, with a friendship network spanning the world. Additionally, as a qualified Scuba Dive Instructor, a love of the ocean and a wish to support a healthy environment is paramount.
